Humanity values are the fundamental basis of human civilisation, and without them, human development is utterly superficial. In the digital age, humanity values are worth preserving to make the world a better place for everyone to grow and prosper. Based on that premise, the ummah needs to rise above all challenges to reinstate the concept of humanity values that are now on the verge of being perished. This can be achieved by reconnecting the humanity values with the basic elements in life such as religion, culture, race, education, management and administration, science and technology, leadership and politics, business and entrepreneurship, communications as well as international affairs. The situation becomes opportunities and challenges which are open to everyone, without exception, in the digital age. Also, human’s established social values and norms are affected by the constant challenges of postmodernist thoughts. This can bring catastrophic impacts on the construction of the entire ummah. Therefore, this conference provides a platform for discussion and engagement in strengthening the humanity values in ummah civilisation of the digital era in relation to various disciplines so as to maintain the harmony and continuity of a humane civilisation.
